I'm loving the Ultimate Reset! 1 week to go, with LOTS of fresh fruits and veggies. I always made it a point to eat veggies, but not like this. The recipes are amazing, and make me take the time to prepare my food, and not just snack and make something quick. They don't take a long time either, but it's made me slow down after work instead of just snacking while I'm cooking since I'm chopping, dicing, slicing, cleaning, steaming, boiling, prepping and more prepping! I hope you enjoy some of these recipes as much as I have!
