So today is Taco Tuesday in our house, and I didn't want to make said tacos after an all day payroll law seminar, so we hit up a new joint in town called Taco Fusion

Garrett had a couple of the chicken tacos in soft shells, they had beans, cheese, tomatoes, and the chicken wasn't dry and it was flavorful.
We shared the Veggie Quesadilla, which had seasoned grilled veggies like mushrooms, onions, peppers, all sandwiched between a wheat tortilla with cheddar jack cheese, salsa and sour cream on the side. I chose wheat for the tortilla but they also have sun dried tomato, spinach, and a few others.

I chose the Ahi tuna taco with a wheat shell. It was AMAZING! I dig really raw Ahi, and even though I devoured this before you could get a good look at the tuna itself, trust me, it was perfect. There was a really nice spicy sauce, I think it was sriracha based by the color and familiar taste. There was pickled ginger on top and a nice crunchy cabbage mix as well. So good.
